Dream of: 09 January 2006 "Hunters Making Noise"

I was driving a vehicle, like a car but also like a tractor so I was sitting outside rather than inside. I was headed to the Gallia County Farm, and to reach the Farmhouse, I had to drive down a long lane for a couple kilometers. As I proceeded, my vehicle suddenly toppled over a steep bank on my left. I held onto the vehicle with one hand and grabbed the side of the bank with the other. I tried to toss the vehicle back up onto the road, but I couldn't seem to do it. Several other vehicles passed by on the road above me, but I didn't want anyone to see how clumsy I had been, so I waited until the vehicles passed, and then I finally managed to throw my vehicle back onto the road. I pulled myself up, boarded my vehicle, and again headed down the lane.

When I reached the Farmhouse, I walked in and sat down at the kitchen table where my father and my mother (both about 50 years old) were sitting with a couple other people. Everyone was eating a meal. Even though they had all obviously seen me sit down, they continued talking as if I weren't there.

My father started talking about hunters, how the hunters paid about $50 a month for government fees, but how he didn't receive any money when the hunters hunted on the Farm. He also mentioned that some of his hired hands had been complaining about the hunters hunting at night, firing their guns and making noise. I thought to myself that my father could simply stop the hunting, which he had the right to do on his own land. But he didn't, so I didn't say anything. I simply sat quietly and listened to the others talk.
